Let's face it, we aren't tied down to our desks anymore. These days, we work from home, at cafes and we even hot desk! Rizr is a portable, lightweight sit-stand desk that adjusts to your environment, it's just what you need when you're on the move, even if it's at home. After successfully funding our first product Diah on Kickstarter, we were motivated to go bigger and answer a more pertinent need for this day and age; the mobile workplace.
We wanted to remove the constraints of a typical office. We wanted to move away from the expensive and permanent ergonomic sit-stand furniture while ensuring rigidity beyond flimsy, portable cardboard solutions. And so we started on this journey of finding a lightweight, versatile and portable mobile workspace that can be set up instantly, anywhere.
With industry leading rigidity and lift height, we made sure that Rizr would be usable in any environment either sitting, standing or lounging. An aluminium frame with polycarbonate, soft touch and fabric details keep Rizr lightweight and portable.
The spring loaded lift & lock mechanism was engineered to be extremely easy to use with a smooth transition between 12 height settings. The internal spring loaded mechanism creates a feeling of weightlessness when raising the height of almost all 15-16” laptops.
